Childhood: Raised in Canterlot by adoptive parents, never knew she was adopted. She always felt like the memories of her early childhood have been completely erased.
School Life: Visited a private school for earth ponies.
Graduation: Graduated with perfect grades. Her adoptive parents told her about being adopted.
Adult Life: Left Canterlot to live in Ponyville to open a herb shop for tea, medicine and perfume.

Job: Works in her own shop in Ponyville.
Dreams & Aspirations: Finding out who her real parents are, getting to know who she is.
Disabilities?: Nothing serious, though she is a distant and not very empathetic fellow.

Born and raised in Canterlot, she is one of the two daughters of a unicorn and a pegasus. Little does Soulgreen know that she is adopted. Her adoptive parents are both earth ponies. Shale Dust, a stallion who works at a café and Golden Ambrosia, a mare which works as confectioner in the very same café.
She went to a private school in Canterlot and later studied biology in hopes to become a professor one day, but after she had been told that she was adopted, her mind scattered so much that she needed to get away from Canterlot. She chose Ponyville as her place of stay and work. Soulgreen wanted to open up a shop, but had no money whatsoever, which lead her to become a wandering merchant, collecting herbs in the Everfree forest and returning to Ponyville to sell them. Eventually, she had enough money to buy a tiny, rather old hut which served as a home and shop at the same time.

On a fateful day, a pony requested her to get her a patch of Poison Joke. Soulgreen didn't know much about that flower, since experiments on it are very dangerous due to it's surprising and random properties. The commissioner offered good coin for a patch of those flowers, which Soulgreen had desperately needed. Thus she accepted.
The following day, she wandered Everfree for hours and hours before she finally found a spot where the Poison Joke grew. Without a second thought, she picked them and made her way back home. As she arrived in Ponyville, a weird feeling mad it's way through her body before everything around her went black.
Next thing she knows, she wakes up to a black environment. All she could see was a pristine mirror in the middle of the void. As she came up to it, Soul noticed that there was no reflection to be seen on it. Confused, the mare raised a hoof to the mirror, and as she touched it, her reflection appeared and the mirror broke. At that moment, Soulgreen's eyes opened and she heaved for air. After the initial shock had faded a bit, the mare could comprehend that she was in a hospital bed, a few nurses and a doctor surrounding her.

A week later, Soulgreen was allowed to leave the hospital and return home to think about what she had experienced. The doctor had explained to her that ponies had called the hospital because she had collapsed in the middle of the road. And after she was delivered to the hospital, Soulgreen was clinically dead for five minutes. After her reanimation, the mare had the incredible luck to have gotten away without any brain damage.
But all of that was a side topic for her. Soulgreen was curious about the meaning of the broken mirror. Maybe it had an impact on the real world?
Actions over thought, Soul walked up to the nearest mirror and could see herself in it normally. She put a hoof on it's surface, and slowly, it went through! Soon enough, she jumps through the mirror and finds herself in blackness yet again. Looking behind her, she can see that the mirror is broken again. Since she couldn't see anything, she walked back out and was presented with a Cutie Mark on her flank, a mirror broken apart.
