Personality/Background:

Love Letter is the result of Twilight and Rutherford's short fling.

She currently lives with her mother and step-mother in Ponyville, yet she keeps constant contact with her father through letters, hoping to one day get to visit him and see the other half of her heritage. Twilight is a bit afraid to let her daughter travel alone to the very traditional and conservative Yak-Yakistan and is waiting till her daughter is a bit older untill she gets to travel to her fathers lands.
Rutherford thinks it's a bummer since he wants to meet his daughter but is quite understanding of Twilight's pony way of thinking.

Letter is usually a happy go lucky little filly and enjoys life. She loves reading romance novels and is enthralled with the concept of love. She has a bit of a skewed, disney-esque, way of seeing it that doesn't really correspond with real life. because of this she is easily "infatuated" by new ponies every other week, endlessly searching for a girl/boyfriend, even though she barely knows what to have them for except daydream about and write poems for.
Whenever she sees someone she deems "cute" her tiny wings poof up and she blushes intensely.

Because of her strange appearance she gets kinda made fun of in school from time to time. Usually not straight to her face, since she is a princess after all, but rather behind her back. Most other school ponies doesn't want to be friends with her and will try to avoid her (even the ones she happen to fancy) however she has an absolute best friend that looks out for her; Pferdinand, the son of Dr. Caballeron and Photo Finish. He gets bullied a lot too and so they both look out for each other and stand up for each other when needed.

Their interests are very different yet they still enjoys each others company. She tells him all about her most recent crushes and he tells her about some new ideas and inventions that he happen to be working on.

Despite the fact that she has wings Letter cannot fly. Her wings are to small and she is too heavy. This doesn't bother her much, and her wings usually only serve to exaggerate her emotions.
She has some very, very weak unicorn magic in her middle horn, but needs to train it in order to even levitate the simplest things. Her mother and step-mother is trying to help her with this and she has set her goal to be able to write with a quill using her magic.

One of her favorite things to do is to write and she does it as soon as she gets the opportunity. It can be love poems, letters to her father, short stories, anything really as long as she can write something. She hopes to one day get a column in the school newspaper.

Letter is usually very docile and sweet yet when overcome with extreme tiredness or any kind of strong negative emotion she can give in to her yak blood and go into smash mode. Being this small she can't really do much damage yet, but Twilight just hopes that she will not get too unruly as she gets older (the cost of the repair on the castle would probably go through the roof then)

Yay! Love Letter! I love her but her hairstreaks are quite frustrating to get straight
