Upon entering the chamber, the torches lit up, but it wasn’t needed as Twilight lit up her horn. Relief and satisfaction filled her heart upon seeing the coffin and its container, still untouched and undamaged. Frowning at the sight of Fluttershy’s corpse once more, Twilight wondered if all her string of bad luck and the recent deaths started with Fluttershy.
It feels really good to update this fanfic once more. I wasn't really happy when drawing this picture, however. The illustration was meant to take place inside the mausoleum where Fluttershy's body rests, and looking back at the previous time we saw it I immediately knew I was going to suffer. The amount of detail I put on that background was excruciating. Nevertheless, I hope the time I spent on it has paid off and that it still feels as atmospheric and eerie as I was intending to make it.I hope you guys enjoy the picture!You can also check the Making of Post right here.Please, let me know what you think of it in the comments.
