I finally got my Italian Bow-Tie from E-Bay. I do not have the American version of her so I can't do the comparison pic. ;3; I do know that this version is that she has a darker pink bow tie symbols while the American version has lighter pink symbols. This one has scratch marks on her rump and her eyes looks like it's been scratched as well. Her hair and tail is dry and slightly frizzy. Bow-Tie appears in 1984 My Little Pony TV special, Rescue at Midnight Castle.
