Amon Amarth — Twilight of the Thunder God

"Back in December I watched Amon Amarth play live and once they got to that song I saw this picture in my head, so I had to draw it. I've been having the idea to draw kinda epicly pissed off Twilight for a long time. After seeing "Scaremaster" I knew exactly what her outfit will look like, that centurion armour fits her perfectly. I had to modify it slightly of course.
I made some references to the Slavic thunder god with the insignia and the glow engulfing Twi's cutie mark, some others as well. Thus the thundery background with electricity scorching the ground and turning it to dust, vaporizing anything below and beyond. True twilight of an era."
