I based this comic on the Fairly Oddparents episode "Timmy the Barbarian" where Jorgen tells the story to a sick Binky, so pretty much most of the stuff that happened in the FOP ep is happening here, with Discord using his abilities to tell a story to a sick Fluttershy where Spike ends up in a Barbarian world all happening in Real time and real life =P.
