Arkansas had found herself relatively comfortable with the unicorn cousin she'd met, Dixie Whistle. She was friendly, kind, and understood when to approach her and when to not. After some silence Arkansas had finally started to speak about herself and her mother and in return Dixie told her about her parents too.

"When mah Momma an' Papa first met, Pa said he hated Ma's food," Dixie chuckled, "Called it 'common carnival faire.' Mama says he likes her home cookin' now! Ah think that's an adult joke…" Arkansas giggled softly. Yes, she determined, she did like this unicorn. Maybe the farm wouldn't be so bad after all.

"Howdy there, Miss Dixie!" A haughty voice hung on the air and Arkansas saw the biggest and most handsome unicorn she'd ever seen! She blushed and hid behind her new friend. "Who's that hiding behind you?"

"Pa, this is Arkansas Black," Dixie explained, "She's Auntie Apple Bloom's daughter! She got scared by all the earth ponies'n ah found her hidin' in the bushes." Arkansas' eyes narrowed. Traitor.

The large white stallion smiled down at the little female. "Well that can be daunting, can't it?" He chuckled, "I'm your Uncle Blueblood, I suppose. Welcome to the Apple Farm." Arkansas whimpered. Blueblood's ears folded back. "Oh dear, I didn't mean to frighten you, Miss Black. I see you like Dixie, hm? Perhaps we can all be unicorn pals, yes?" Arkansas nodded and smiled shyly. Blueblood flashed her a dazzling smile and nodded.

"Excellent!" Blueblood chortled, "Well how about this? You girls can come in the kitchen and help me with my hors d'oeuvres. The whole apple clan is supposed to be here…" He shuddered and Arkansas saw a similar fear pass through his eyes. "Anywho, we can help Erligold in the kitchen. You'll like your other cousin, darling, he's quite unlike the other apples." Dixie smiled at her cousin and followed after her father. Arkansas smirked herself. Okay…not a traitor…

Arkansas meets Uncle Blueblood! The only other unicorn on the Apple Farm besides Dixie Whistle. Gah I love Blueblood so much and my headcanons for him…BRING HIM BACK MLP…MIGHTY NEED…
