Queen Chrysalis in front of a number of flowering Titan Arum plants.
They are the huge flowers that smell like rotting meat to attract flies as pollinators (they do smell rather nasty). This explains their common name, the Stinking Corpse Lily.
The Eden Project has a man (and his team) who are remarkably good at growing them — they had about 40 last year.
