After the S6 Finale, I did enjoy the designs that came up, but I was unhappy with trying to figure out what Silk would look like with it (even with the other one I did of her with that design), but in the end this is the design I went with for Silk.

You see, unlike Thorax who felt the love of friendship, Silk actually finds a pony who loves her for who she is oppose to what she is. Powdered Donut made the changeling happy, and as one who grew up around ponies and not in a hive, Silk eventually returns the love she received after communicating with King Thorax. What results from it is what you see above. She retained some of designs from the other changelings' new look, but instead she retains a pony-like look oppose to the bug. Her mane and tail come from her pony disguise, Silk Blossom, and in the end, she's happy for who she is and where she's come from.
