"A thousand years ago, we know that Luna was the forgotten princess, since most of the attention, and adoration, went to her older sister, who raised the sun, to start the days.
Being the night sister, and younger, the ponies assumed Luna was a shy pony, and not many Statues were raised for her. Increasing the jealusy Luna had for her sister, that wasn't only adored by the ponies, but had staues raised just for her to know how loved she was.
The few statues raised for Luna and all celestia statues were destroyed, when Nightmare Moon showed up.
This is one of the only ones that "survived" , it was hidden in the old sister's castle garden, luckly Nightmare Moon, couldn't find it, or was defeated before she could do so.
After more than a thousand years later, this statue is still on that garden, and it seems it will stay like that until someone destroys it.

There isn't anything I want to say about this so, yeah. There were supposed to have vines, and trees growing over the statue, but i though it would be too much. So yeah. Enjoy."
