Silver Starlette: I can truly tell you what the fox said…Late August 1998…that was the year I was starting out the first day of high school. It was also the time when a Japanese anime known as Pokemon came to the United States. What's ironic was that I had no intention of watching it due to going to school that late August day…but with a pair of mismatched shoes I couldn't go and decided to stay home (I didn't want to wear my old pair) and wound up watching Pokemon that day. The first episode I saw was 'Battle Aboard The St. Anne'. It was strange how My Network Television (formerly known as UPN) would show that one instead of the actual first one 'Pokemon, I Choose You', and at the time my take on Japanese cartoons wouldn't make it pass 2 years outside of Japan (only exceptions I knew at the time were Dragon Ball Z & Sailor Moon), and I figured Pokemon would be a fad…Fast forward to 2014…so 16 years later I can't believe that the one Japanese anime I thought wouldn't survive for only 2 years so many years ago is still going on strong. And my perception of Japanese animes did change overtime. And to this day I still remain a big Pokemon fan. Of course, another show that was made here in the United States back in 2010 was one I never would expect to watch…nor would expect it to be such a huge success with its voice acting, colorful animations, & graphics…yeah, the 4th generation on My little Pony. Seriously, how do these animators get the job done to get me hooked on watching these things…?So with those little tidbits out of the way, time to show off my MLP OC Silver Starlette in a Delphox kind of outfit. Delphox is among my Top 10 favorite Pokes, and for those who have seen me do my NightMare Night series should recall the last 2 times I had Silver dress as a witch. Since most folks see little Delphy as a witch (though some would say mage…me being among the latter) I figured why not dress up a unicorn as such (ironically an artist did made a piece of a Fennekin wearing a Delphox hoodie…I totally forgot about that…even more ironic is that I do plan to make a Delphox-theme gown for one of my OCs in the future). Well, I guess that's enough about me.
