Personality: Rossa is charismatic which makes her a natural leader. She can be vindictive to the point where it effects her decisions. Rossa is also very passionate which makes her hot-blooded and reckless. This recklessness, mixed her slight vindictiveness led to the death of one her advisors during The Great Friesian Civil War, because she tried to reunify the country as quickly as possible. After that she tries to keep her recklessness under control. She admires those who stand up for their beliefs, and those. who protect others. Rossa is also loyal to her citizenry. When Rossa is able to keep herself focused she is a brilliant tactician. Rossa when she isn't working is a fun loving mare, caring, and motherly. She became very self critical after the death of her advisor, which causes her to dwell on her failures. Rossa wears this armor when she goes into battle, special occasions, and when representatives meet her for the first time. Rossa comes across as intimidating to ponies who meet her.

Likes: Action movies, training, visiting schools, spending time with kids, reading, and protecting the USFA, cooking.

Dislikes: rudeness, apathy, horror movies, pizza rolls, failing.
