Seaside Hobbies is the building where Scratch build, Marina, and Folklore live and work . The downstairs right side holds a part of the living area, while the left holds the business area. While the upstairs holds more living area. Seaside Hobbies also has a balcony where the three hang out at the end of the day. Its location is right near the beach. The business has a surf board commissions, or sales boards the three make, a toy and model kit area, and a small book area, they also sell water and soft drinks.Scratch Build is in charge of repairs. Marina builds the boards they sell and uses the boards in competitions as advertising. Lastly Folklore is in charge of operations, and inventory.
