a new OC YAY!! she's the same thing as honey spark and is part of a fan fiction that is in the works. I haven't gotten much done with it though. Skittle Sweet © INCOMING WALL OF TEXT!Basic crap:Name: Skittle SweetShort Desc: A unicorn born and raised in Canterlot but unlike most isn't part of the high life. She works her own shop fixing things that have either broken or are worn out. She also has, in her home, a secret basement workshop behind a large iron door where she keeps plans, parts, and tools to build an unknown machine. She also doesn't socialize much unless she's dealing with customers or Hanging out with her Best and only friend, Honey Spark.Specific Details: Not anything too much but she wears glasses.this is Skittle's Long backstory:Skittle has always been a tinkerer. She loved to mess with things and pulled apart her toys just to see what was inside and making them do what they do. This got her in trouble as she continued breaking things and even tore apart the family TV just to see how it worked. Eventually she was able to channel her tinkering into creating working small machines with metal or wood. after she was out of Secondary school she was sent to a school for unicorns to learn basic magic abilities that weren't taught to them during their earlier schooling. This is where she met Honey Spark, a Unicorn who was infatuated with learning all there is to know about her magical ablities as a unicorn. They became friends and have been best friends ever since.Skittle was never that good with other ponies. She never really liked socializing because it always made her feel awkward. She usually wanted to keep to herself and work on her projects as opposed to going out and meeting new ponies. She does however find a sister like relationship with Honey Spark. Other than Honey and her own parents she never really talks to others.Her cutie mark is a wrench and a hammer. She got it after she managed to take apart an entire TV and put it back together again without a single thing wrong with it. Her parents, although angry that she took apart the TV, were proud of their daughter's newly gained cutie mark. It's lead her to different jobs and even the creation of a portal to another universe. (not the EQG universe btw)For a Canterlot unicorn she is never really well kept. She prefers to just brush a few knots out of her mane and go about her day. However during special events and a few rare occasions she will dress, clean, and pretty herself. She will look like a completely different pony when she finishes. She is really on it when it comes to looking nice and pretty when she needs to but, rarely ever does.Home Life:Her parents lived at the base of Canterlot Mountain. They Co-owned a small area of farmland with Skittle's Grandfather and they grew Corn and Soybeans in the fields. Although they lived a significant ways away from Canterlot, they still considered themselves citizens of the city. Her father worked at the Canterlot Bowling Alley as the mechanic for the pin setters. Skittle traveled with her father in the mornings to work and watched him work until she had to go to school which lasted a couple hours. Her mother usually stayed at home except on Friday's when she goes into Canterlot to sell some of the plants that they grow over the week.After she left home and began to live on her own, she bought her shop on a corner and built an addition with the help of Honey Spark and some other friends and lives in that area. She enjoys her business which is why she lives in the same place as her business. She also has a secret workshop in her basement. She also visit's her father when he's working on occasion and enjoys spending time with him. She also enjoys gardening with her mother when she has the time to go back home but she doesn't have a whole lot of time to travel back to her childhood home. She still tries to see her Mom and Grandparents any chance she has.
