Another OC commission I did on DeviantArt. This one took more back-and-forth between myself and the commissioner as we were coming up with a whole new look for their OC, Night Rain. He was pretty basic-looking to begin with, which wasn't bad, but the commissioner wanted him to stand out more. this is what we came up with.
