Screencap of pony profile screen. The right side of their profile screen lets you play minigames with them (Ball Bouncing, Apple Gathering, and when you level up, a Flight minigame).
The stars in their portrait's horseshoe frame show their XP level and determines whether they can be assigned to a building's extra slots so you have the horsepower to run the more lucrative secondary functions instead.
