(Tanzanite flies towards the Everfree forest and slows down by the Crystal Mines)

Tanzi: May as well get a snack before I head off.. I'm sure Maud wont mind me taking a few gems. *enters the cave*

(Tanzanite looks around for a little while, following his nose. The further he got, the darker he got, but he could smell a very tasty gemstone and knew he had to find it. As he got closer to the scent, he smiled and reached out his claws to find it along the wall; only to pull his claws back in shock when instead of a wall, he felt an arm)

Tanzi: Who-Who's there?!

???: I-I'm sorry, I… Wait.. That can't be!

Tanzi: What?! I can't see anything, where are you?! I know how to fight!

???: No, wait, calm down! Move towards the exit so I can see you better!

Tanzi: …. What do you- wait, can you see me?! It's pitch black in here!

???: Just come on, meet me outside!

Tanzi: *hears hoofsteps run past him and reluctantly follows*

(Tanzanite exits the cave and after waiting for his eyes to adjust, he sees the strange voice in the cave sitting there before him; staring at him with wide eyes — Tanzanite gasps in silence.)

Tanzi: *spoken at the same time as her* You're just like me…!

???: *spoken at the same time as him* You're just like me…!

Tanzi: … What is your name?

???: My name is Moonstone. Blue Moonstone. Who are you? *not blinking*

Tanzi: T-Tanzanite.

Blue: Tanzanite.. You're.. You're like me.

Tanzi: I am. I- This is incredible.. I didn't think there was another dragony in this world! I thought I was the only one!

Blue: "Dragony"? What is that?

Tanzi: Oh, right, heh, sorry; It's what my mom refers to as me.. Or well, us; I guess. You-you don't know what you are, do you?

Blue: … I know I am different.

Tanzi: Where… Where did you come from anyways? Why havn't I seen you around before now?

Blue: I'm not from here. I was raised underground.

Tanzi: Underground? By who?

Blue: They refer to themselves as "Diamond Dogs".

Tanzi: *takes a few steps back* You were raised by… the Diamond Dogs?!

Blue: You know them?

Tanzi: Well, not directly no; but.. My mom told me stories about them.. You were really raised by them? Why?

Blue: I.. I don't know, I just know they've been there for me for as long as I can remember.

Tanzi: So, you don't know your parents?

Blue: *Shakes her head* I don't even know what I am.

Tanzi: Well, I can tell you that much. You're a hybrid. Dragon and pony.. Like me.

Blue: Dragon and… Pony? But, father told me ponies were annoying, wretched things.. How could I be-

Tanzi: That's could probably be an effect by my mother… heheh.

Blue: Your mother?

Tanzi: My mother is a pony. My father is a dragon.

Blue: *looks him over one more time and raises an eyebrow* Interesting… Do you know any other dragons in this area?

Tanzi: Not around here no… I'm sorry.

Blue: … Oh, ok.

Tanzi: *scrapes his claws at the dirt awkwardly before speaking again* So, uh, what are you doing here if you were raised underground?

Blue: I.. I decided to try to find out where I came from.

Tanzi: Oh! I see.. Well, I um; I would be glad to try and help you?

Blue: You would? Really?

Tanzi: Of course.. How can't I? Finding another of my kind is calls for celebration! I would be honored to help you find where you came from! *offers his hoof*

Blue: *looks at it, looks at her own hooves, stretches out her claws, looks back at his and smiles kindly, taking his hoof in hers* Thank you.
