After suddenly getting overwhelmed by a small herd of Springboks, Sabe sighs and states that they indeed have no sense of personal space.
He goes on to explain to Uganda that they can really sneak up on the unsuspecting individual at any given time.
Ironically, he himself get's unsuspectingly pronked once more by a male Springbok who seems blissfully unaware of his surroundings. This knocks the wind out of Sabe.

Actually that last panel can be interpreted in many ways. Maybe that male Springbok did know he was there, and like how any male antelope defending his harem would do, he takes the initiative to assert his dominance as the highest ranking male to that group of females by slamming right into Sabe
Basically, for this individual, it's a very friendly way of saying, "Stay away from my females, they're mine!"

Or he could've just really had his eyes closed.
