Hello everyone!
Wow… this one is on my list for a few months now and after some days of hard work on it, it's finally finished in the most positive way I could have thought of Seriously, you can't believe how happy and proud I am with this result! :D
It shows Daring Do flying away and carrying a mysterious artifact in her bag while fleeing from Ahoizotl and the temple. She now has to face the deep dark jungle to get out of this adventure, successfully.
I really had a loooot of fun working on this piece, especially on the background, which I also used as some kind of practice for my skills and technique. I wanna be honest here, working on this sometimes made me feel like Tsitra360 XD Seriously, it sounds weird and probably too self-confident but working on the background worked out like a charm without any trouble at all! I just enjoyed the progress
Except for working on the two hardest things: the temple and Daring herself. The temple wasn't THAT hard, but it looked off the entire time and I was more than happy when I reached the time of blurryiing it out. Daring's shading took me a bit longer since the light comes from behind and I had to figure out how to make it work out. I think I managed to get this done acceptionally good :)
Ahoizotl may have looked weird during the progress, but in the end he's one of the things I like most hehe, probably gonna upload a single version of him some time if you want.
In the end, it was a drawing that took a lot of time but also brought a lot oif motivation, fun and enjoyment. I think it was worth every second
