This artwork was originally just a concept for drawing a pony growing out of a tree for my last big piece "Her beautiful night"




After I was done with the picture I decided to actually go a different route on the artwork itself but the concept was just too appealing and I decided to convert it into a full picture. I was doing this while being at GalaCon and decided to gift it to someone. As I was attending a panel I saw a person who I not only recognized from being around as a staff member for years, but also because of his constant friendlyness and vigor to tackle any problem a convention attendant might have. I saw him checking in people, helping at panels and so on for years now… and I just knew who to gift the picture too.
