Astral is studious to the point of near death. She found her talent for astral projection when working on a spell that allowed her to keep studying while getting rest at the same time. Half of her soul can temporarily leave the body and do mental tasks. A complete astral projection is quite risky.


Astral used to have her mane short, but grew it out after she got tired of styling it. Or some other reason… (I may use this manestyle for some other character…)


"Hi mom! Hey dad!" Astral waved a billowy hoof as she floated towards her parents. Twilight and Sunburst stared open-mouthed in shock. Recovering quickly, Sunburst remarked with a grin, "Looks like somepony is having an out-of-body experience." Twilight facepalmed.

The first time she astral projected, she scared the heck out of her parents.
