Wew, another MANNULUS project art.
There are three administrators in the Hero Federation. Mirrin is the youngest one, she's friend with Tassa, the two get along pretty well. She's more casual than the other admins, she doesn't need to wear the coat, just wear it over the shoulder is enough to make it recognizable.
