Scootaloo in her skeleton costume, aka Bare Bones Bodysuit, one of the other three Nightmare Night costumes from the Nightmare Night 2017 event.
Unlike the batpony costume, it is still available in Ensemble's shop in the Crystal Empire (and so are the Hag's Hat and the Candy Corn Hat, but I'm not uploading photos of those here).
