In case it's not super clear, the magic of the Crystal Heart, since it is connected with the old magic of the world (like the Tree of Harmony and Alicorn magic) is extending Sombra's life significantly. Though perhaps he's not quite immortal, Sombra's life force is essentially one with the Crystal Heart.
