Moonlit Heart is an artificial creation from some faction known as the GladiEc (Gladiator Enclave), which is a far cry of the Grand Pegasus Enclave and it is filled with different species rather than pegasus only. The part of the faction from different places decide to make an artificial pony by mixing some of the gene from one strong pony to the other to which their scientist are gathering to some members in the faction or the captured individuals around the wasteland with some potentials or unique abilities. Although, all the subjects end up as a failure from time to time before artificial pony is finally created to which it is a breed from an Earth Pony and a Bat Pony & the gender is a mare.

Before they could report their success to the main base of the faction, they are being attacked by raiders from outside their territory but with their techs and number they managed to kill them all but one of the raiders lure a few Deathclaws into the place and they are all killed but leaving a life container that has their creation safe and intact as the Deathclaws left once their prey are killed. In a few days later, a traveling Merchant passes by and saw the dead body of raiders and the Gladiec of the place with some destroyed computers before spotting something inside out of curiosity then sees a pony in the life container. Managing to find the lock, the container opens with a white smoke to which causes the mare to slowly wake up from her slumber then sees the Merchant. From that day on, the merchant told her about the life in the Wasteland and the mare learn some things in books or magazines, though she already got knowledge from how everything in the Wasteland works as it maybe comes from the gene or sort before she decide to get a job to earn some caps in some city and a place known as the Pleasure Dome.

Drug Resistant — She displays an resistance towards drugs that will knock her unconscious or messes her senses.
Educated — She has learned a lot of things along the way and it gives an additional points in skills.
