Personality/Background:
Rockin’ Rhyme is the youngest child of Applejack and Coloratura. Like RaRa, he has an excellent singing voice. However, Rhy favors punk rock and jamming on his electric guitar. He tends to be rather loud when he sings. Once, when he was rocking out on his electric guitar and singing upstairs in his room, the volume caused the house to shake and a whole shelf of glass plates fell and shattered. Needless to say, his moms weren’t happy.

Rhyme believes that the world just doesn’t understand him. Ponyville is too bright, colorful, and cheery for his tastes. He always had a hard time fitting in with everyone else, especially in grade school. Other little ponies made fun of his attitude and love for punk culture. He once had a large mohawk with green streaks in it during 4th grade once. He was teased relentlessly by one bully in particular.



Relationships:
Rhyme absolutely hated his mothers when he was a teen, especially Applejack. They just didn’t understand his free spirit. Why on earth would he want to buck apples on a farm? The work was so tedious and boring! Rockin’ Rhyme preferred to jam out on his guitar in his room or smoke a cigarette out in the orchard. As he grew older, Rockin’ Rhyme did come to appreciate his parents more. Though, he still does butt heads with Applejack sometimes.

Rockin’ Rhyme has a love/hate relationship with his sister, Orange Blossom. She’s so calm and strong and happy. It sometimes makes Rhyme angry. Blossom always got along with their parents, and Rhyme was always jealous of her for it. However, Orange Blossom never held any ill will towards him. She understood that Rhyme had a harder time expressing himself and was always patient with him.

Rockin’ Rhyme’s best friend is his cousin, Berry Blast. The two both love rock music and punk culture. They grew up on Sweet Apple Acres together as kids. Rhyme and Berry understood each other better than anyone else. As teens, they both ranted about their parents, attended concerts, and wore heavy amounts of makeup. The two cousins were basically inseparable. And they still are. Both of them currently share an apartment in Manehattan and sing in a band together.

-Rockin’ Rhyme is bisexual. He’s dated both stallions and mares equally.

-Rhy absolutely hates pop music.

-Rockin’ Rhyme had a crush on Sunbeam for the longest time. He was heartbroken when she started dating Aurora Borealis. It was a large blow to his self-esteem.
