- Chimi-Cherry Cheesecake is the second born twin of Cheese Sandwich and Pinkie Pie. She was born about an hour after her fraternal twin sister Humor. From the moment she opened her eyes, Pinkie knew Chimi was just a little ball of energy like her parents.

- Chimi was born with partial vitiligo, her marking was only on one side of her face instead of all over her body, like Vesper.

- Chimi wanted nothing more than to take after her parents, but she didn't know which one to take after; so she chose both baking and party planning; Although she's better at baking.

- When Cheese was presumed dead and Pokey was in their lives, Chimi did not like him. She would often purposely burn his food, or slip something gross inside a cupcake and give it to him saying it was delicious. She knew her father would come home, she didn't believe that he was dead right from the start. She stayed positive and refused to let Pokey replace her father. (This information is explained in more detail in Humor Mimi Pie's bio)

- Despite her dislike for Pokey, she actually didn't mind having new siblings when Frost and Sprinkles came into play; Especially Sprinkles. Before she got older, Sprinkles was just as excitable as Chimi, and the spitting image of Pinkie Pie. Chimi loved having another mischeivous, energetic sister to play with.. And although he was her actual father, Sprinkles took part in the pranks against him as well.

- After Cheese returned, Chimi was practically glued to her father. They even traveled Equestria together when she was older enough. She loved to travel, but she and Cheese both knew Ponyville was their home now and always came home before sunset.

- Chimi is one of the new six Elements of Friendship, and represents the Element of Joy.

- When they were younger, Chimi and Nova began crushing on each other, and eventually it developed into a relationship. However, as time went by and their relationship hit a stand still, the two decided to go back to being just friends and mutually broke up. This did not ruin their friendship in the slightest, and even though they aren't dating anymore, Chimi still likes to flirt with Nova every now and again.

- Chimi's new crush is in a pony named Party Banner. (Son of Party Favor and Sugar Belle) She has a feeling he has a crush on her too, but neither of them are really interested in revealing their feelings for each other right now. When they're together, they're too busy having fun to worry about a serious relationship.

- Eventually Chimi decided she was ready to start a relationship again, and asked Banner out. He immediately said yes, and it quickly turned into a serious relationship. When they got older, they ended up marrying and joining forces, eventually giving birth to their son; Chewing Gum Pie.. or Chewy for short. (NNG)
