This image is based on a photograph of Joseph Merrick, aka the Elephant Man.
Honestly, very little went into ponyfying Joseph, all I did was poorly insert pony eyes, an ear and a flank. You'll notice the cutie mark is an elephant.
I've had a curiosity towards Joseph since I first saw documentaries and the 1980 film starring John Hurt.
