- Confetti Popper is the second born son of Party Favor and Sugar Belle. A bit more enthusiastic than Banner, Popper is a natural born trouble maker. Taking after his father more than his mother, Popper liked following Party Favor around when he was getting ready to entertain at parties.

- Confetti Popper loved his father's balloon animals. His favorite one was a balloon penguin he named Waddles. He dragged that balloon everywhere he went; until the sad day when it got popped by a sharp twig while he was trying to climb a tree. Confetti Popper was given more penguin balloons after that, but they weren't Waddles.. Popper knew he couldn't replace his friend. Eventually he took to a new balloon animal, this time it was a balloon bunny which he named Whiskers. Eventually, Confetti Popper grew out of this balloon friend phase, but his parents and brother still like to tease him about it from time to time and embarress him around his friends.

- When Party Favor and Sugar Belle split, Confetti Popper didn't know how to feel anymore. He missed his father, but he knew his other needed him there. He felt torn, but he was lucky to have Party Banner there to make him feel better. Eventually he started trying to take care of Sugar Belle too. He tried making balloon shapes himself, ike flowers and smiley faces, which he failed at; But it made Sugar Belle laugh and smile to know he was trying and that he cared.

- Confetti Popper and Lil' Buck worked together to convince Big Macintosh and Sugar Belle to get back together so they could be happy again. They were worried it wasn't going to work out in the end until Party Banner stepped up and decided to take over the bakery so Sugar could move and be with Big Mac for good. Thanks to them and Banner, his mother was happy again. And Popper moved to Ponyville with his mother to live near Sweet Apple Acres with his new family. It also meant he got to hang out with Buck more, which was always a plus.

- When Ambrosia was born, Popper was a bit skeptical at first. He never had a sister, so he wasn't sure how to be a big brother; let alone to a sister. He loves her though, and promises to do his best to help take care of her.

- Despite living in Ponyville now and still being a blank flank, Confetti Popper is NOT a CMC. He doesn't want to try to get his cutie mark, but rather, let it find him in it's own time. He still likes hanging out with them, but whenever the CMC's go on their adventures and missions, Popper stays behind or goes home for the day.
