Moonglade, earth pony, curious but frivolous
She loves adventure and sharing new discoveries or ideas with her friends. She has a problem with keeping things — secrets, saving bits, etc — but she always has good intentions, and it is hard to stay mad at her.

Jaded Whimsy, unicorn, quiet but jealous
Jade is a very cautious, quiet pony, not necessarily shy rather than overly careful about what she says to other ponies for fear that it could be used against her. (She has a bit of paranoia about karma, and never gossips.) She prefers to keep a few close friends over many, but has a hard time making friends because she can be very passive-aggressive. She gets jealous easily and can become bitter over silly things, but if ever asked she will be honest about what is troubling her. She is clever and makes for a fun conversation partner when she does open up.

Red Velvet, earth pony, motherly and fierce
Red is always the group mom wherever she goes. She is friendly and talkative, and has a talent for knowing just what to say to other ponies. Her other passion is baking, and she runs a retro-themed diner. She loves all sorts of fashion, especially 50's-70's. She is not afraid of getting messy, especially in her kitchen. Sassy as she is, Red can easily be led into a tangent or get caught up in a debate, and usually needs someone to hold her back

Tessa, earth pony, hard-working but brash

Tessa is an earth pony who is in love with the sky. As a filly, she used to dream of being a pegasus and make cardboard wings for herself. Her natural love for learning new skills led her to pick up a variety of tricks, and after earning her cutie mark when she realized she could tell the oncoming weather better than any pegasus, Tessa got herself a job helping the pegasi keep to their schedules and creating electronic or other gadgets that they often use in Cloudsdale and even internationally. The pegasi built a little weather station on the ground in her honor, where she now works and trains other ponies.

Curlique, earth pony, mysterious and easygoing
Curlique is a strange one for sure. She always speaks with a light voice and trails her sentences as if they were questions, sometimes not bothering to finish her sentences at all. She loves taking walks, and considers herself a friend of everypony, though some that do not understand her tend to avoid her (she doesn't seem to notice). She loves hearing stories about her fellow villagers, and has an obscenely good memory, and while she knows a lot about them, not much is known about her. The stories she can tell sound too far-fetched to be true, but then again, no one can know for sure.
