Nothing fancy or special. I use the standard Hard Round brush with 1% Spacing, Shape Dynamics and Transfer Enabled and set to pen pressure. I also use build up and smoothing.
I turn transfer (The setting which makes your strokes more opaque with more pressure) off when doing lineart.
