—
- Gabriel is the second born son of Dumbbell and Gilda. The trouble maker of the family, Dumbbell and Gilda knew right away he was going to be a hoof-full/claw-full. One of the first things he did after he was born was bite his brother Gideon's arm. That was only the beginning to a lifetime of scoldings and being punished/grounded.
- As Gabriel got older, his behavior started to show improvement, but he still remained a headstrong trouble maker with a very short temper. He'd often challenge ponies his age and would require assitance to be removed from the situation; even though he started it. Sometimes meaning Gideon or one of their parents would have to drag him away forcefully while he's still yelling.
- When he's not being an angry furball, Gabriel can actually be a nice guy; he just rarely ever shows it. He doesn't like showing that side of him, it makes him feel like a weakling when he does.
- Gabriel calls Gideon "boring" for being interested in history and writing; and wished for a cooler brother sometimes. So he decided to start hanging out with Jet Streak, who became one of his best friends. When Gilda found out Gabe had befriended Rainbow Dash's son, she felt a little reminiscent of her days with Rainbow; but at the same time made her recall all the bad times with her, and pleaded with her son not to mess up their friendship like she did with Rainbow. Since griffons can be a bit greedy, they can also be a bit possessive when it comes to their friends; Gilda made it her duty to teach Gabriel that Jet could have more friends than him, and that was ok.
- Gabriel is a lazy pony, he likes napping on clouds when the sun is nice and bright; gives an added warmth. He is quite fast thanks to his pegasus genetics, but he prefers to take things easy.
- Gabriel hates working for the postal service, but it keeps him out of trouble…. Most of the time.
