This is Valley Meadow, Applejack's longtime friend from Butterscotchland. She indeed has a Scottish accent and lives up to her family's traditions. She and Applejack had many fun times together as little girls, especially teaching her to play the bagpipes. But when they were freshman, Valley had to go back home to get enrolled at Green Dale High School. As a few years has gone by, she can't wait to reunite with Applejack.
