Pacific Breeze Family
Pacific Breeze and Jet Wave are twin Pegasi who live on the coasts of Californeigha. PB's Cutie Mark is an ocean wave in front of a sun and JW's is Similar, but with a wing instead. They and other pegasi are responsible for making the wind necessary for waves on the beaches. When they're not on weather duty, they're mostly working at their family's general store or hanging out with friends mostly on the beaches.

Pacific Breeze:
Pacific Breeze is taken as more responsible sibling of the two. As she was born first, she'd always call Jet Wave her "little brother" as they've both have had a sibling rivalry since birth. She's earned her life-guard training certificate and has been known to be an excellent surfer. Unfortunately because of "puberty" she's rather slow while swimming in the water on her own, and his brother would rub his victories in her face.

Jet Wave:
Jet Wave comes off as a generic surfer personality with one problem; he doesn't exactly know how to surf. To compensate, he instead rides (or soars) past the wave's wall with his wings. He's the faster swimmer but not the most balanced of board riders. Although he comes off carefree and cocky, he's slightly leans more on the shy and innocent side due to his not-so-muscular physique, which his sister constantly teases him on.

Conch Shell:
Unlike his grandkids, Conch is actually an Earth Pony. This retired Navy unit moved to the shores of Californeigha to set up a home as well as set up a corner market for the beaches. He doesn't do it alone as every summer he has the grandkids come and aid him throughout the three months (whether they like it or not). Not the kindest individual as he's known to be a gambler of sorts, often seeking ways to increase his wealth to help expand his market idea. And since his grandkids are pegasi, the only way to get them down from the air is with a good ear yank.
