Day 140, Research Project: Blue Tide [ON HIATUS]

"Yet another hiatus, but this is for an important reason, I must say. Three days ago, the local Stable reported a break-in and robbery, with the thief going into hiding near Cirrus. V-Sec's been on patrol ever since, scattering out through the city and even commissioning the help of civilians to hunt down the criminal.

Apparently, what was stolen was critical to the function of the Stable, a kind of purifier used to absorb radiation from goods brought in from outside, as well as absorb it from ponies. Such a component would be sold for a great deal of caps on the market, but if that were to happen, the Stable likely wouldn't see it again.

Thus, I find myself in their employ. A scientist wielding a gun, posturing as a soldier and police officer. Absurd, hardly a good use of my time, nor my resources. Still, this is a community I've lived with for a great deal of time now. If they require the help, it is in my interest to help them.

I go back on patrol tomorrow, hopefully we catch this thief before he gets away."

She actually doesn't look half bad in V-Sec gear, does she? Granted, this is a dangerous mission she's found herself on, seeking out an armed criminal to take back this purifier he stole from the Stable. Hopefully they can find it, else the people are going to suffer greatly from radiation poisoning…
