Description:

Auto-imported from derpibooru.org (1655761)

In Cloudsdale (during what came down to the Pegasus equivalent to a funeral for what had been found remaining of Leafhelm after the black cloud) the group of our pen and paper RPG spotted more than one pony who seemed to be keeping an eye on them while also trying not to attract the attention of the group.
Suddenly a black pegasus foal turned up, wordlessly offering a letter to the group and then ran / flew away without any of the group being able to catch him (it sure helped that he could just disappear through the floor while that way was blocked to each present member of the group who had been given the "walk on clouds spell" by Cloudtrotter so they could walk around in Cloudsdale in the first place).
In spite of the unfamiliar appearance of the foal the group had a fair idea of who this might be. Not only had they seen this pegasus foal before, but the soot marks on the letter to supported the theory that this was actually Little Mane, the foal of Backfire and Inky Page (more on her later) both of whom were, respectively had been members of the organization we were working against.
Somepony had turned Little Mane's fur black with soot so he would not be easily recognized.
The soot-stained letter sternly told the members of the group not too search for the writer of the letter anymore (who was apparently under the impression that the group knew who he was). Of course the group searched for the writer…
