On the second left when she and Luna got their tattoo mark's of the Sun and Moon but then to find out that their parents where killed by Gorgon The Lord Of Darkness and Evil.
On the second right is when she and Luna became the rulers of Equestria, when she and Luna turned Discord into Stone, when her and Luna turned Evil King Sombra into shadow thus banishing him to the frozen north, when she banished her sister to the Moon, when she fell in love with Good King Sombra and when her and Luna's teacher/mentor/adopted father Starswirl The Bearded Vanished with the Pillars.
On the right is when she became Sunset Shimmers teacher but Sunset turned against her thus went into the other world, Twilight Sparkles teacher, became Cadence and Bluebloods aunt, reunited with her sister Luna, forgave Discord after Fluttershy reformed him and got back together with Good King Sombra.
