This is Pinkie Pie in my Pathfinder Campaign, she is an undine and aquakineticist. Pinkie looks human like, but when she wants to, she can turn herself to a mermaid. She is always on her bare feet so that she can turn them a mermaid tail, she can also have webbed hands if she wants to, and fin-like ears. This transformation makes her super agile in water.
Being an aquakineticist is extra useful for an undine like her.
Isn't she cute?
