And the Everfree Deer event is live. The event adds a total of 7 new deers and two new ponies to the game. Two of the deer (Gray Forest-Dweller and Buckskin Forest Guard) can be bought through bundles or gems in the shop, four (Bramble, Blackthorn, Everfree Dignitary, and King Aspen) are boss prizes, and one (Chestnut Forest Guard) is a community competition prize for placing in the top 100. The two new ponies are Apple Munches and Sunny Appleloosan.

The event's story is that King Aspen is planning on opening a embassy in Ponyville for traveling deer, but is still wary about trusting ponies. Bramble seeks out Applejack's help on finding out how to make King Aspen more comfortable, and AJ come up with a plan to make and sell a "Friendship-ade" by mixing Sweet Apple Acres apples with Everfree clovers, and using the proceeds to clean up and restore the parts of the forest damaged by Well-To-Do and his gang.
