She is a Villain City Metallica Adopt.
Honestly… I have no idea how to design a "city" villain pony, she I just went to wing it and made a plain out Metallica Villain.
Her Mane and Hair is actually supposed to come from/represent the lava on the album Cover "Load"; is5-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thu…
People make red fire all the time on a pony, so I spruced it up as Blue. You are more than welcome to change anything else on your villain. I hope I did alright… I made her as villain as I could, and I even made her a Vampony, since I know you like vampires haha. She's a… Fire Vampony? Hehe.
