background:
The youngest of his siblings, Flitterheart has always had a feeling that he needed to make his mark in the world in a different way than his brother and sister in order to be 'significant.' Although Flitter has no shortage of confidence, he chooses to do more 'leading from the shadows' rather than outright be assertive or commanding as others in his position might. In short: Flitterheart knows how to convince other ponies to do things he wants them to do, and to make them think they wanted to make those choices all along. He means well, though, and wouldn't intentionally use this ability for anything mean-spirited, necessarily — but he would make an excellent politician or political advisor one day, when he decides to stop studying under the wing of his mother, Princess Twilight Sparkle.
