Personality/Bio-

Estella's magic may not be as powerful as her mother's, but she makes up for it with her intellectual outlook on life. She is very curious and loves to learn about and explore the world around her. That's why she loves studying the stars so much. She believes that they tell a story and you can learn so much from each star. Estella spends most of her time trying to learn as much as she can about everything.

Much like her mother, Estella easily stresses out. She takes the utmost pride in her work and feels like a failure if she doesn't make any improvements. She strives to become better and better, but often she forgets that she needs to take care of herself sometimes too. Estella is also kind of anti-social. She'll interact with ponies if she must, but she'd rather spend time alone. She does however appreciate her fellow astronomers and loves to chat about discoveries with them.

Estella is less of a bookworm than both of her parents. She believes that a lot of knowledge can be attained from books, but she much prefers to learn through experience. Estella does one day hope to publish her own records that she's made over the years about the stars.

Estella doesn't pay much attention to the fact that she's a princess and doesn't even really want to be coronated. She'd much rather continue to experience all she can about the world. She feels that she'd be tied down if she became a princess and she'd have to spend more time worrying about her duties than doing what she loves.



Relationships-

Estella's parents are incredibly proud of her and strive to help her accomplish her goals. Estella loves both of them, but spends more time with her mother since she primarily lives with Twilight. Twilight and Sunburst were married, but divorced before Estella was even born. Estella tries to visit her father and his new family in the Crystal Empire whenever she can.

Estella adores her step-father, Quibble Pants. She finds him to be hilarious and also loves that he shares her need for adventure. She was very happy when Quibble and Twilight got married because Estella had never seen her mother so happy.

Estella and her half-brother, Wednesday Paper get along pretty well. However, like all siblings they do fight. They did spend a lot of time together as foals so they enjoy each other's company relatively well and they'll hang out with each other if they feel like it.

Estella doesn't have many friends, and she's content with it being that way, but she has a sort of quiet friendship with Princess Andromeda, the daughter of Princess Luna and Tempest Shadow. Andromeda barely ever speaks, but Estella likes that about her. Andromeda is also very knowledgeable about the stars so they like to study the night sky together.
