Another Red and Twilight picture

Anyway, just wanted to make this picture to not only show what Lol looks like but what Tallest Red looks like in his human disguise. :lol: It's a scene from chapter 11, part 2 of my Invader Zim cartoon crossover story Earthworm Zim

And this is the second time I drew Spike. He seems totally uncomfortable here for SOME reason. :giggle:

Yeah, Red is totally unaware that our dear Twilight harbors an extreme crush on him. :D This was WAY before heartbreak ensued in the late chapters. :(

Once Abjay was fine, they all went back inside, where Twilight came over to Red.

"Tallest Red," she said with a slight bow. "Will you be joining us tomorrow for Ponyville scientific research?" Her eyes sparkled as she gazed at Red.

Red chuckled nervously. "Actually, Purple and I will be doing some research of our own…"

"We do?" Purple asked.

"Yes," Red cut in quickly, flashing Purple a glance. "We do."

No one noticed Spike raise a fist in triumph.

"So you just lied to Twilight Sparkle…" Purple began as he and Red walked down a narrow street in their human disguises. "And we end up here where the crazy people are…why?"

Red sighed before adjusting his wig. "Just wanted to expand my experience with this town, okay?"

"Red, we've seen a guy put himself on fire," Purple told him, "what more can we experience with Quahog?"

Red gulped before he shot off a quick glance. At the pet store.

"Oh, I get it…" Purple said as he gazed over at the shop.

"No, no, you don't get it…" Red insisted quickly.

"I think I do…" Purple chuckled. "You want to play with the bunnies again!"

Red immediately drew out a sigh of relief. "Yeah, Fluttershy's rabbit is a real pest."

"Can't blame you there," Purple chuckled. He played with his fingers nervously. "Well, you go ahead…"

"Where are you going?" Red asked.

"I, uh…" Purple began. "I'm going to see if they're selling more cupcakes at Meg's old school."

Before Red could say anything, Purple dashed off.

"Red?"

He immediately turned around and there stood the brunette human at the door of the pet shop, holding a kitten in her hands.

"Lol," he greeted nervously. "Uh, hi…"

She smiled at him. "Hi yourself." She opened the door to him. "I never thought I'd bump into you twice."

Red chuckled before slowly entering the shop. "Well, I've become quite crazy about those rabbits since yesterday…"

It was the honest truth. Since Fluttershy had introduced him to the animals of Ponyville, Red found himself adoring any creature, like the rabbits he helped Lol with.

"So where are your rabbits?" He asked. "They didn't escape again, did they?"

Lol chuckled. "No, they're over here," she said before pointing to a nearby cage.

Red's heart melted as he saw the rabbits scurry all over the cage, eating, hopping, rolling on the newspaper shredding. They were just so adorable.

"Go ahead," Lol insisted, "pick one up."

Red gulped before he slowly reached down and picked one up. It squirmed a bit in his gentle grasp but Red remained careful.

"Uh, quite the strong type…" He said uneasily.

Lol chuckled before she placed the kitten back in its cage. "Here, like this…" She said.

She took the rabbit from his hands and held it in her arms. Red watched as she ran her hand across its fur, saying sweet, gentle words as she rocked it.

"Beautiful bunny…" She cooed. "You're a beautiful bunny…"

Red watched as the rabbit's nose wrinkled as it looked up at Lol. And he thought Fluttershy was the expert…

"See? She's just a little nervous being held by someone she barely knows…" Lol told him as the rabbit looked at Red.

"Sorry, I'm not too good with animals," Red chuckled nervously. He gazed over at the fish tank. "Though maybe I could hold a fish…"

Lol raised an eyebrow at him. "Uh, I think the fish would like it if no one did that…"

And yes, he really is that tall. He really does represent his Irken name as one of the Almighty Tallest. :XD:
