this is Victoria Lilysong, daughter of Cloudchaser, Flitter, and Vapor Trail!

info on Lilysong:

she goes by Lilysong, or Lily with friends. She's a small, aromantic ball of happiness and joy. her favorite things in life are music, flowers, nature, and socializing. basically a new-age version of Treehugger, who she spends a lot of time with (as well as Fluttershy and Astrid). contrary to her name, she can't actually sing; she's mute. her name and talent represent her connection with the expressiveness of nature. she grows the most beautiful gardens that have won awards all across equestria (she says she only competes to share her creations with the world, but she secretly has a competitive streak). her coat grows very curly and she must have it regularly trimmed, but she leaves her fetlocks uncut, mostly for show. she's also very close with her mothers and spends time doing different things with them. she races through the clouds with Cloudchaser, observes small insects and animals with Flitter, and attends wonderbolt shows with Vapor Trail (though they usually go to these as a whole family)
