A part of a series I’ve thought of making for a while contrasting my AU Equestrian nations Sol (Celestia’s Equestria) and the Lunar Democratic Republic (Luna’s Equestria). This picture shows the direct contrast between Celestia’s bright, open nation and Luna’s dark, oppressive one.

Flags (left to right): Kingdom of Yakyakistan, Night Flyers Union (bat pony only Cloudsdale-like floating nation), Lunar Democratic Republic (which was formerly part of Sol and rejoined it at a later date), Gryphus SR (gryphon/hippogriff nation), Kingdom of Arachnia (changeling kingdom)
