I've sort of settled on naming her Kinyume; I wanted her name to have somthing to do with her personality, being annoyed at everyone and generally suspicious and rude to strangers, yet extremely kind and patient with animals. So I tried to find words/names that mean opposite or contrary, and so far the Swahili word kinyume (which the internet tells me means opposite) is the prettiest one I've found.
What do you think?
