Celestia wandered through the halls on the way to her room to rest for the night, Luna appeared around the corner a worried look on her face and went straight to her elder sister who was holding Dawn.

"Sister" Luna stood behind her as she tried her best to be quiet. Celestia stopped walking and looked at Luna, turning around and holding her daughter tightly to her chest.

"Yes Luna?" she tried her best to act like nothing was wrong as she had a straight face, her look was tired with bags under her eyes and more messed hair than the usual neat and tidy.

"I saw your nightmare…" The dark mare bit her tongue and peered at the smaller filly. Celstia closed her eyes for a moment and tensed up.

"And what? I'm fine" She looked to the side, having reminders of the nightmares she'd been having recently as Luna walked closer.

"You are not fine, sister. You are stressing too much, your magic is draining from your lack of sleep and I worry for you state" Luna's hair waved as usual as her wings shuffled.

"It dosn't matter. I can't stop my duties due to nightmares, and now I have to care for my daughter" Celestia looked at Dawn who was fast asleep, her fur fluffing up.

"It does matter, you worry for her future wither or not she will take upon her father's mindset. Tia I know I seen" Luna kept her look on Celestia feeling irritated by her slow and small responses.

"It dosn't matter who her father is, I'll raise her to be better. I just…" She looked down to avoid Luna's gaze, feeling tears prick at her eyes.

"Sister. You know thats a risky probability, she very well may become like Sombra, You don't have to take care of h-" Luna was cut off by her sister glaring slightly at her.

"And what? Abandon her? My child? I don't care who her father is I cant just leave her, she has the right to have a life. You should understand with your kids" Celestia's stern voice turned to more of pleading as her eyes watered more blurring her vision. Luna's face softened more as she put a hoof on her sister shoulder making her to look up at her.

"You know that is different. Sombra was evil to the soul, there were no good intentions within him, theres a very high chance of her turning out the same. We could find a family to look after her, you can't by yourself" The elder mare turned away as her eyes began to shed tears

"I can't just abandon her, shes my child. But I don't even have a father for her to grow with… I'm not sure what to her with her, trying to raise her and controlling the kingdom.. I can't its too much.." she cut off at the end before Luna stood still and looked down. Celestia noted her silence and looked forward, holding Dawn close to her while walking into her room. Luna watched her leave and breathed out before tending to her nightly duties, making sure to check on Celestia's dreams later on.



And heres another story thing with Dawn this time! I'm going to try and develop her childhood and also add her father figure in her life who I will make a ref for later on.
