This isn't really canon for either one of them since Penelope works for the black market, and Bell isn't really into anyone. But I found this sketch of Bell boopin' a snootle. It was supposed to be a friendly thing but things suddenly turned gay.
Although it makes sense since Bell would probably want to fuck a corpse anyway since the whole experience would be way less awkward than with a live pony.
