After some deliberation (and a poll) I finally chose a color scheme for this guy. Just a note, hes an oc in my verse but is an important character in the story.

Personality: Fairly chill and lazy though he gets very passionate about his desires. He will bribe, blackmail and even harm (kill) for what he wants. He rarely isn't smiling, though he will stop if asked about his lack of a horn. He's less anger about and more… somber.
Likes: Drugs, drugs and teasing (and drugs)
Dislikes: Wasteful ponies.
