So this little guy here is the lovechild of Starlight and Zephyr. Starlight was jealous of the Mane 6 for being so influential, Zephyr was jealous of Quibble for "taking his mare". The two drank together a few times, dated a little while to comfort each other, and boom: Max. He was completely unplanned, but the Starlight welcomed the child anyway. Zephyr was appalled that he got Starlight pregnant and he left her as fast as lightning- after all, he didn't love her, he loved RD! So Starlight was left pregnant and alone. She moved in with her closest friend, Trixie- who fell head over hooves with Max- and Trixie claimed him as her own when he was born. The two mares raised him together and of course Trixie rubbed off on him the most. Max acts just like her, always trying to prove his importance in society, and he's constantly showing off his magic skills. He calls himself "The Great Maximus Moon!!" with his loud, boisterous voice. He is actually pretty talented and so his moms tried to enroll him into Canterlot's school of magic, but he failed hatch the dragon egg. He now resides in Ponyville with his moms, growing up into a bright young stallion who is quick to realize that a school does not define him.
